The seminar focuses on the normative refferals to collective agreements, mainly in reference to the Legislative Decree no. 81/2015. Moving from the longstanding debate on the relationship between law and collective bargaining, the seminar addresses some critical profiles in the new contents of company level collective bargaining authorized by the new decree to improve flexibility in the work organization. The key issue is if and how actual collective bargaining will be able to safeguard workers in the new context.
